The centerpiece of the update is Corriv Film, a full-screen, randomized short-form video feed designed for quick discovery and entertainment. Similar in spirit to Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style experiences, Film delivers vertical videos in a continuous scroll without ranking posts by engagement metrics or forcing algorithmic recommendations.

Users can watch, share, and engage with video content in a lightweight, mobile-friendly format that prioritizes variety over predicted engagement. Film sits alongside the main chronological home feed, giving people a dedicated space for video while keeping the core timeline free of algorithmic interference.

Profile Experience Elevated

Profiles have received a substantial redesign and feature expansion. Users can now pin posts, showcase featured photos and videos in dedicated side panels, and present a cleaner overview of their media. Stories continue to be supported with improved viewing and management tools.

Profile pages also include expanded social link support across dozens of platforms, refined follow and messaging actions, mute controls, and better organization of posts, media, and likes. The result is a more complete personal page that still feels lightweight and readable.

Messaging Gets Serious Upgrades

Direct messaging has been significantly improved. Conversations now display clear unread indicators and counts, online status indicators, and a more polished chat experience. Users can send images and voice notes, search for people to start new chats, and manage their inbox with multi-select deletion.

Despite the breadth of new features, Corriv continues to reject engagement-based ranking of the main feed. Posts appear in chronological order. There is no heavy recommendation engine deciding what users “should” see. The platform remains independently developed and focused on giving people control over their experience.
