After researching ritual abuse and trauma based mind control programming, I did the unthinkable and figured out how to help myself cope now that I actually understand what kind of torture I am being put through. This type of ritualistic abuse effects friendships and hinders one's trust of other people, and can unintentionally lead them to become misunderstood.
